You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that. If something went wrong with a subscription charge, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome.
If a one-time purchase was made in error, or the software cannot run on your computer, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Credit packs that have been partly used are refunded for the unused portion when the purchase itself was in error.
Reach us through scriptnovelpublishing.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
